内地居民所需资料
四川居民需提交本人的户口簿、身份证。居民身份证与户口簿上的姓名、性别、出生日期、公民身份号码应当一致；不一致的，当事人应当先到有关部门更正。户口簿上的婚姻状况应当与当事人声明一致；不一致的，当事人应当向登记机关提供能够证明其声明真实性的法院生效司法文书、配偶居民死亡医学证明（推断）书等材料；不一致且无法提供相关材料的，当事人应当先到有关部门更正。
Documents required by Mainland China residents
The Sichuan resident should submit his/her Household Register and Identity Card. The name, sex, date of birth, and ID number recorded on the Resident Identity Card should be the same as those recorded on the Household Register. In case of difference, the party concerned should go to competent department to make a correction. The marital status recorded on the Household Register should be the same as the marital status declared by the party concerned. In case of difference, the party concerned should provide an effective judicial document, which is issued by a court and can prove the authenticity of such declaration, or spouse’s death (presumed death) certificate to the registration authority otherwise the party concerned should go to competent department to make a correction first.

3、 经香港委托公证人公证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的声明

华侨所需资料

2、居住国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使（领）馆认证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的证明，或者中华人民共和国驻该国使（领）馆出具的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的证明。
与中国无外交关系的国家出具的有关证明，应当经与该国及中国均有外交关系的第三国驻该国使（领）馆和中国驻第三国使（领）馆认证，或者经第三国驻华使（领）馆认证。

Information required by Overseas Chinese
1. Valid passport
2. Certificate of no spouse and no lineal relative by blood and collateral relative by blood with the other party within three generations, issued by a notary authority or competent authority in the country of residence and certified by the Embassy (Consulate) of P. R. China in the country of residence, or certificate of no spouse and no lineal relative by blood and collateral relative by blood with the other party within three generations, issued by the Embassy (Consulate) of P. R. China in the country of residence.
Relevant certificates issued in a country with which China has not established a diplomatic relation should be certified by the Embassy (Consulate) of a third-party country which has established a diplomatic relation with both the country and China and the Embassy (Consulate) of P. R. China in the third-party country or certified by the Embassy (Consulate) of the third-party country in China.

外国人所需资料
1、本人的有效护照或者其他有效的国际旅行证件
2、所在国公证机构或者有权机关出具的、经中华人民共和国驻该国使(领)馆认证或者该国驻华使(领)馆认证的本人无配偶的证明，或者所在国驻华使(领)馆出具的本人无配偶的证明，证明自开具之日起六个月内有效。
按照民政部的相关规定，当事人向婚姻登记机关提交的“无配偶证明”等材料是外国语言文字的，应当翻译成中文。由当事人所在国驻我国使领馆、我国驻外国使领馆、婚姻登记机关认可的权威翻译机构或婚姻登记机关指定的翻译机构出具的翻译文本均可。

Information required by Foreigner
1. Valid passport or other valid international travel documents
2. Certificate of no spouse issued by a notary authority or competent authority in the home country and certified by the Embassy (Consulate) of P. R. China in the home country or the Embassy (Consulate) of the home country in China, or Certificate of no spouse issued by the Embassy (Consulate) of the home country in China (such certificate is valid within six months as from the date of issue).
According to applicable regulations of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China, if the documents submitted by the parties concerned to the marriage registration authority, such as Certificate of No Spouse, are made in a foreign language, they should be translated into Chinese. Both the translated versions issued by an authoritative translation agency accepted by the Embassy (Consulate) of the home country in China, Embassy (Consulate) of P. R. China in the home country, and marriage registration authority and the translated versions issued by an translation agency appointed by the marriage registration authority are acceptable.
